Now why do I have this feeling inside that this is going to be one rough winter as well? Already the fall isn't happening. While temps have been moderate we have had so much wind and rain that many trees have lost a good percentage of their leaves and I am afraid that wonderful fall color may be in jeopardy.

Still something tells me that we are going to have one heck of winter here on the East Coast.
